About Justin Walker RMT

Justin Walker RMT

Work

While living in Calgary, I enrolled in many Physical Education courses at Mount Royal University with the hopes of turning that knowledge into a useful tool to help people.

In 2015, I moved to Peterborough and enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at Sir Sandford Fleming College within the first year of living here.

One of the goals of my practice is to use my knowledge of the human body and my experience in one to assist others in achieving their goals through education and an evidenced-based hands-on approach.

Life

I enjoy living in Peterborough, it allows me to live an active lifestyle all year long. There are many great trails around the city that offer hours of play time. You may see me hiking, biking, or walking the dog on any of the trails in the area. I make sure to stay active in the winter as well. Using those same trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing is a great way to make this happen.

When I am at home I like to keep busy in the garden and in my tiny wood shop. Physical work is great for my body and a great way to pass the time.
